Rick, you have always been a person here. I remember the irritating obnoxious brash young man. I remember the anger unleashed. I remember the joking good nature. I remember the studious desire to learn this game. I remember the maturity of people twice your age in times of ladder turmoil. I never knew what to expect from you. But, I always knew it would be Rick. I am sure as all of us you have your secrets and private life. Last October or November I joined the ladder. In my time here, no one here has showed as much of themselves as you have. Love you or hate you, we all know Rick. In the midst of all these cyber people and images, there was Rick being Rick. Everyone know where they stood with you even as your moods were changing. And, we all know of times you thought things over and made apologies as needed the next day.

Thank you for bringing some reality to us all.
