Two questions,

I just read in the gold forum that gamecolony got their gin games up in 2 1/2 weeks. How come this wasn't done for backgammon, who's ladder members I would assume, have been much more vocal about not having an alternate site to play at.

And secondly, since they do not have backgammon up and according to their site, will not until november, why was it even listed as an option for the backgammon ladder members?

Since Cases has been so unresponsive in answering questions in regards to the EA site, why not at least get gamecolony to move up the schedule on the plans to open their backgammon and give us somewhere to play and run tourneys.

Someones really dropping the ball here, and Cases is going to suffer. Speaking for myself, I have already been looking into pay-to-play sites, which I swore I would never do, simply because those sites already have tournaments and ladders in place. Since I would be a paying customer, I would assume they will at least be responsive to my suggestions and complaints.

Although I thought the same thing about Cases.

Scooby

p.s. And before someone says, "your not paying for Cases you idiot", I have been a gold member in the past and WAS going to wait until the EA ladders came up before I renewed my membership. As of now I will NEVER pay for Cases membership again, and possibly will not even be useing their ladders anymore if this EA situation is not cleared up soon. Hate to say that Cases, but I refuse to pay for a service that has such a deficiency in their support/customer service areas.
