I applaud your efforts to find a comparable replacement, but don't let your zeal close your eyes to the details. This games site is a beta test for AOL and the following information is copyed as a portion of the agreement you enter into to play there:

Beta Test Agreement
This site and the games you find here are under development, and your play during
this phase of testing is at your own risk. Be aware that you may experience significant
errors while playing on this site, including being disconnected from the games and/or
the AOL Network. For up-to-date information on known critical bugs and game
problems click on the "bug reporting" link.
As a beta tester, you are invited onto this site solely for the purpose of evaluating this
site and the games in order to identify errors. Nothing in this Agreement, or on this
site, shall be construed as granting you any rights or privileges of any kind with
respect to the site or the games that you find here. The site and games are provided
for testing on an "as is", "as available" basis.
Any accumulated treasure, experience points, equipment, or other value or status indicators may be reset at any time during or at the
completion of the testing process These games may be offered for play only by subscription after testing is complete or at some later time. This means that if you choose to play a game after it is publicly available on the Games Channel from AOL and EA.com, you may be charged a fee. If a game is offered on a subscription-only
basis, you will be required to provide billing information before playing that game.
