Today I must say to all my fellow TD's @ Case's, I will miss you. We have worked very hard to get the tournaments going strong for Won. Now that we have done this Won has decided to implement their own ladder and tournies and to hell with all of us. As TD's we work not only on popping into a room to run a tourney now and then, but we put in many hours behind the scenes. From building fun rules pages to the many meetings we must attend, to anouncing. We must be on a minimum of an hour before a tourney even starts. We as TD's have put many hours and effort into building what we believe to be the best tourney's around. The thanks for our effort from Won is a huge slap in the face. Won you thank you's are empty to me and mean nothing. You do not care!!!
As for the Case's players that have enjoyed our tourney's, I will also miss you. I have made many great friends through Case's. Everything the TD's have done, we have done for you!!! We have done it out of the generousity of our hearts. It has to be that, because we are strictly volunteers and to my recolection have never even had a slight thank you from Won. No we get a notice stating we are gone in a week instead.
Good luck too all, I hope you find your pot of gold, Trust me it is not at Won.
