HAVING BEEN A TD and played in a few tournaments I have to tell you Joe, its not the TD that makes it exciting. Assigning tables and saying WTG and TY for playing doesn't get my juices flowing. What makes the tournaments what they are is the players. To take you one step further you could have Howard Stern as a TD and it wont make much difference. The simple fact of the matter is Wildcards isn't Won. As great as it may be, there may never be another Won and thats why all the excitement is gone. It has nothing to do with Tournament Directors. No one is perfect and UNI isn't perfect but she is a great TD and she hasn't turned her back on us like some of the other TD's.
