You should know the rules, just like everyone else.

If you have a problem with somebody not reporting, or any problems you are having with specific members, the correct procedure is to write a support mail into Case's Staff.

It is not acceptable to write a message in this forum, or any forum accusing another member of any wrongdoings...

If, after years of playing on Case's Ladders, you still are still unsure of any procedures or rules, feel free to email warburn@igl.net, and I will explain them to you in detail.
