As I am the one that made the decision I will answer in here as requested by you without going into full detail.
Direct from the rules page : Opponents: You are not allowed to play Ladder matches against people who live in the same household as you. You can play friends and relatives who do not live with you, but you should limit matches against them to one or two a week. Remember, the idea of the Ladder is to see how you stack up against players from all over the world--not across the street. You are not allowed to partner with people who live in the same household as you. This includes anyone who plays from the same physical location, whether or not they actually reside there. You are not allowed to report losses to anyone who plays from the same computer or location as you do … ever. Our security software will detect this activity if it is attempted and participating accounts will be penalized or removed.
No where does it say you will be warned or supplied proof .. our Research Team are very experienced in this matter with over 8 years experience.
Yes you may have more than one account from the same location as stated in the rules, but the above applies and is applicable and is clearly shown on the rules page.
Maybe you did not read down that far, but as you are very in-depth at quoting other rules, I maybe mistaken.

: So cookie monster and kermit get banned for no proof? Yet Fist can post how edging is OK to do, even when EA tries to put a edge detector in to stop it? Isnt that proof that cases rules are being broken? Why all this protection for these 2 players, fist and Dan, who obviously have no respect for this game and ladder and continue to make a joke of it? Also, you put me in the penalty box with no proof or even a email warning? Please explain yourself on that one, i will be waiting...explain how you did what you did to me without proof..Please explain why me and my 2 roomates cant play this ladder, i sure dont see it listed on your rules, says multiple accounts are ok. Cant wait to hear this response, the OPs who made these decisions really needs to explain this...Yes, you may post the situation publicly while not posting personal info from any players involved. We will be waiting....show the proof you have and explain why that proof you used on us isnt the same dan and fist post all the time on here...
