To Dan and Fist(per his edging(everyone does it..blah..blah post):
Edging very obviously is an issue since about 2 clickers have played here the last few versions. Lets give an e.g....oh..how bout the maggies dunes courses or anyone designed by Jimbo for that matter..all rough is very deep rough..just below weeds status. Dandtendo or Robphillips comes along off the tee..and bang..right down the middle on all 4s and 5s. Ole Jack or any of his sesame street comrads come along and miss about 3 or 4 fwys in a round?..do the math on strokes lost. You people talk about using an aid....roflmfao...go to novice if you can't handle the big leagues. Funny how Jennick can freehand and last time I looked..he fairs out pretty well. Its a cheat as it provides an advantage over folks who play the game "straight". Finally, I betatested game last year when an edge-detector program was attempted...it failed because it could not differentiate bwt. edging and hitting it flush freehand...does that answer what EA and the developer thing about edging?...they think its wrong and should NOT be part of the game.
