It will not be easy Bro since once they get to the top they tend not to play to much anymore. And if you threaten their standing you will have to formal challenge them to make them play ya and even then they will often make you wait till the last day of the challenge to play the formal.
I have been here for a few months and I have yet to see #1 out there putting his title on the line on any regular basis. Number 2 for that matter as well. That's who ever is number one or two at the time. And if your a really good player and you hit the top 5 you can count on the accusations starting as well !!!
They will tell ya crap like your a ladder jumper or, "I can only play ya once a day" because they can't have to much ladder movement or that you hack or cheat in some way or any other BS they can think up on the spot.
Trust me Cap they covet their positions with great vigor while at the same time telling ya how # 1 has little meaning. IMHO number ONE, who ever it may be at the time should play in an open venue, any and all who want to play them as often as possible. Instead they seem to Cherry Pick their opponents and tend to just not be around much. Hell, they are so good they shouldn't have to worry about loosing the meaningless title of #1. But alas this is how it is really goes down. I'm sure many will bash me for this post but this is, in my humble opinion, what is happening at TW2K3 cases.
