Its always hapened on singles Ladders and always will (not only Golf Ladders).
The difference with the Team ladder is you restricted to who you can partner, it has to be someone on your team, successful Team ladders have always fed off successful singles Ladders. Teamtiger2001 was successful when there was over 600 on the singles Ladder, when that number dropped to below 300 due to the arrival of new games the team Ladder died, Now the 99 singles Ladder is down to about 1000, their Team Ladder has only 28 Teams, although still very active.
Guess my point is, with the lack of numbers, a Team Ladder wont work, but theres still guys out there like to play teamers so do it on the singles Ladder......
