bumpin for idle days

How is it that I get bumped for 4.6 idle days and the 2 guys just below me move up and they have more idle days than I.I guess thats Ladder ops at work eh ? Keep up the good work. It's beginin to make since to me now. Fairplay just can't be found around here.
