Waiting out so don't have to report

I am getting real tired of a certain person, in top 20 as a rule , thats lets himself be locked in a room and waits roughly 20 minutes to half a hour so that the people he plays will get tired of waiting just so he does not have to report . I just have a problem thinking that a ranking can mean so much that he would go to these lengths not to report. Children have better sportsmanship than this .TO SAY I"M UPSET DOESN"T EVEN DO THIS JUSTICE.
