This is not a very good idea. It was tried without success on the 2K1 ladder. What happens is a few teams end up with a lot of very good players and very few teams end up with many if any players. Links 2000 does not have enough people playing to make this a benefit to all. From what I'm seeing, team play is dropping right now due to a number of players headed off to 2K3. Best to leave this alone or the 2000 team ladder will end up with 3 maybe 4 teams. Not much fun ......
