The meeting/ tourney

Consider this, Merlene scheduled tourneys in February on Wednesdays & Saturdays, announcing that in the forum on Feb 3rd.
The "Meeting" announcement in the forum was done on February 7th.
I find it disturbing, that the "Powers" did not have the courtesy to schedule that meeting in a different time slot.
I, however, do find this consistant with the fact that some of the Cases Leaders are not bothering to look at the problem, only their defense of their actions.
I unfortunately can not attend the meeting, my Team is no longer valid, and I can not download the meeting room.
