A little is better than nothing, now if we can get cases to agree that team captains and past captains can use yahoo messenger justttttttttttttttt maybe people will talk. trust me i'm no fan of any management as i been a union rep for over 30 plus yrs. so comeon inch closer people state your needs and let's hope that common sense will prevail. frogwelder
