Some Captains said that they didn't recieve the below message so I have decided to post it here. Please advise all your Members to read.

To ALL Team Captains;

Please forward this Email to ALL your Team Members

I would like to thank you all for attending last nights meeting. Even though it did seem to get off subject a few times I think we have come to the agreement that ALL of us want to get the Team Ladder off and running again.

And I think we also came to the agreement that even though this Game is designed for Fun, Case’s Ladder IS a competitive Ladder and Members will treat it as such.

Here are a few things that were discussed Last night:

TEAM SIZE:

I have received 5 Emails concerning this topic:4 for leaving the limit at 15 and one for reducing it to 10. So as it stands right now we will leave it set at Maximum of 15 Players and a minimum of 2 players per team. What we would suggest for the Tour Teams coming over is to split your teams up if you have too many players that want to come over. ie: HHz1 and HHz2 etc.

RULES:

EVERYONE agreed that the rules are to be adhered to strictly and without prejudice. Absolutely NO favoritism. Team Captains are responsible for their Team Members actions, but the overall responsibility for following the rules rests on each members hands

FORUM and CHATROOM Fighting

If you notice ANY of your Partners fighting in the Chat Room or in the Forum PLEASE get in touch with him/her and ASK them politely to stop. Members should not give the whole team a bad reputation. Let’s try to keep the Forum a place to discuss LS2003 Topics or use it as a FRIENDLY place to voice your opinions. We will be willing to let some Bad words go by, but Extreme Foul Language will NOT be tolerated.

Harassing any Member will not be permitted either in the Forum or in the Chat Room. If you have a problem with someone PLEASE take it private either through Email or ZM’s. Other members do not need to see it. Keep it between yourselves!

Harassing any Member + in the Chat rooms will not be tolerated. MS gave us the rooms to play in. Therefore we must adhere to their rules also. Lets prove it to every other room that The Case’s Ladder Room IS a fun and friendly place to play in!

LEAPFROGGING:

We have had a suggestion for a rule change regarding this. Strange, Hawkster and the OPM’s of this Ladder will get together and see if we can get the following GSR to read: If a Team Leapfrogs another Top5 team, they must Play the teams they leapfrogged BEFORE playing another UP Match. The Team that Allowed the Leapfrog will wait until the Leapfrogged Teams fulfills their matches. They May play other Teams, but will not play another Match which will allow any further Leapfrogging into the Top5 position. IF this is a problem with ANY of the Captains, PLEASE E-MAIL Strange as soon as possible. The Current Rules will remain in Effect until the Rules Committee votes on the change.

If this email does not cover everything that was in the meeting, PLEASE let me know!

Let’s not let ANYONE ruin this Ladder this time everyone!!! :Let’s Have fun yet be Competitive!!!! IF you see someone breaking the Rules or being abusive, Send a SCREENSHOT of the violation to support link provided to everyone! We need PROOF!!
