Rules again?

Now it amazes me that this ladder has been doing well and even getting new players. But then I guess we have sort of developed rules as to how to do the "NICE" things instead of trying to apply both what few rules we have, and the rles dating back to the old zone days being applied arbitrarily by a few. Now as soon as we get someone to apply tell us the rules again, you can make people mad. Thanks a lot. Might not be there as much anymore though.
