I was going to email you this response rather than post it here, but it looks like you have withdrawn from the ladder.

I am pleased to hear you are doing well. It sounds like you have found a good man.

I have had full custody of Chris since August 2006. He is 17 and a junior in high school. Nathan is 22 and in the Navy. He made E5 in less than 2 years and is quite the motivated young man. He wants to pilot helicoptors. Brian is 20 and studying cello so he can audition for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Andrew is 13 and doing what 13 year olds do.

I am only 5 hours from Indy so I see them (Brian and Andrew) all the time. Either I go up there or Brian drives down here.

Things are much better than they have ever been for me. We live in a 3 bedroom house on a couple of acres. Other than the normal dealings of living life with a teenager, things are very comfortable.

I have met a great lady recently and we have become quite serious. I am working out regularly and have become quite fit.

It is always a crapshoot posting in here as some naysayers are bound to jump in with their vitriol, but I am at peace with myself and it matters not what others say or think. As the topic of this post states; life is too short to worry about such things.
