I received an e-mail today on this, and while Damsel didn't like Slay or the Stunners. I always had respect for her even though we didn't agree on much.

I ask that you say a prayer for the family members and friends left behind. I hope Damsel is reunited with some of her old buddies and raising heck on the boards.

Diamond Damsel 1/2/49 to 11/19/07

This is from Diamond Monarch and Diamond Damsels sister.

Please understand that it is with great sadness to tell you that Monday afternoon Diamond Damsel traveled on to that cribbage tournament in the sky. She had been fighting cancer since her diagnosis in 2006.

If I have missed anyone in the list above, that you think would want to know. Please forward this to them. Also if you desire any further information please feel free to contact either Damsel's sister or myself. Please put Dimond Damsel in the subject line so that we will know not to delete your message.

I know that Damsel enjoyed years of playing cribbage online with you and I felt the urge to acknowledge the pleasure she received from playing with each you.
