Cheating Penalties

When we receive a complaint alleging cheating, we immediately ask for proof, ie screenshots or other proof. We then send the accused an email giving them 24 hours to give us their side of the story. If they do not reply, we are then forced to make a decision based on the proof supplied.

When the supplied proof upholds the accusation, we then decide whether it was cheating or not cheating. The captain of the team is then contacted and given 24 hours to let us know whether they want to take the penalty as a team or remove the person and let them serve the penalty alone. If we don't hear from them in 24 hours, we then assess the penalty to the entire team.

I will not discuss in the forum the specifics of a complaint. Suffice it to say that we do not penalize a team without reason and without proof. We give them a chance to tell their side.
