Cases Going Downhill???

Jim and Karen got boxed for 14 days. They got their letter on the 12th. On the 13th Karen sent in an appeal. She is Gold Member and should have heard back within 48 hours. She has heard nothing.

I sent in something asking yesterday if this issue could be delt with. I should have heard back within 12 hours since I am a Platinum Member. I have heard nothing.

It is bad enough to get this penalty when it wasn't warranted. No warning was issued to us prior to this HARSH penalty.

Jim and Karen have now been in the box for 5 days tonight. Somebnodyd is keeping them in the box right or wrong????

What is this ladder coming to?

And all because Jimn and Karen care enough about their own team to try and keep it going. What would have happened to them if they had actually ABUSED sometbody or broken a rule that has ever been used before?

This just isn't RIGHT.
