The ladder began dying 2 years ago ... when the Zone was still up 'n running quit strong.

: MSN made the decision to retire the classic games for Zone, not Case's Ladder. Our normal procedure when a gaming site closes is to ONLY offer the transfer tool. In this particular situation we also offered a transition to another gaming site because we had the opportunity at the time. I understand your frustration, but our attempt was to do something EXTRA for the community and our intention was to help, not cause harm. Unfortunately, it backfired and we are left looking like the bad guys. Lesson learned.
