you mean like "warning..may cause drowsiness, do not operate heavy machinery until you know how it will effect you" on the side of SLEEPING PILLS??? I know that has stopped me from taking a sleeping pill before going out to operate the backhoe in my back yard SOOO many times, if it weren't for that warning who knows what might have happened.....sue happy fools have made it so that no human has to be responsible for STUPID actions they undertake. ok yes, Micky D's coffee was a little TOO hot and needed to be turned down but to claim you were never warned that coffee was going to be HOT??? I would never be a good canidate for one of those lawsuits, I could not bring my self to appear THAT stupid (even if I didnt know, I'd be the one who would never admit not knowing something as basic as that)

: Simple, the company is defending itself against the possibility of an out and out idiot taking this medication, and then sueing them because it didn't specifically state on the packaging that the obvious effects would ensue.
: This all stems from the moronic judge/jury that ruled in favour of a complainant who scalded herself with a cup of MacDonalds coffee..her argument? she wasn't warned that it was hot.
: Soon, there will be warnings printed on the side of firearms:

: I'd prefer that the warning was on the tip of the bullet...in very small print.
