ya i downloaded the new version and when i was done installing it, it gave me the message for the first time... so then i tried a bunch of things and uninstalled reinstalled but it came up when again when i installed it.... i looked in google and a bunch of people had the problem being linked to the missing same missing file but with other programs....havent found a help yet....
