If you have problems installing the new update (it stops half way through and shows an "error 5") then you need to do this.

Go to the Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs (Control Panel - Programs and Features if you have Vista) and remove the "Renaissance Games Online" program.

REBOOT (This is very important because if you do not reboot when you attempt to delete the RenGames folder you will get the error message "cannot remove folder still in use".

Then go to the C:\Program Files folder and delete the "RenGames" folder.

Then use the download link found under support at
