There is a proposed rule change currently in the Voting Booth. It will remain there for two weeks.

It states:

Challenge Rule

All requests for games must be made in the game lobby chat. The use of private messages, instant messaging programs, or at a table (this includes asking for a second game) is prohibited for arranging matches. Back to back games are allowed only if arranged in the chat lobby per the first come, first served rule.
