There seems to be an issue getting into some of the sites ... RGO included.
I had the same problem after I bought my new and the solution is simple.
To open the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer and not the 64, perform the following:
Click the Start button
Select Computer
Double-click Local Disk (C:)
Double-click Program Files (x86)
Double-click Internet Explorer
Double-click iexplore.exe

I saved a shortcut to desk top so it is easily available and now I no longer have issues getting into the site.
