Playsite has had a 'rule' about addys and that is - they would like them to be no more than 5 lines long - and not to spam them closer than 5 minutes apart.
If those guidelines are followed the non-league players are actually pretty supportive.
Using caps for league activities such as announcing and reporting shouldn't be a problem.
Controlling the language of others is hard to do - but if you put them on mute you won't have to see it. If you have regular non-league players complaining about "having to read that league stuff" you can ask them to mute you and then they too won't have to see it.
If the situation gets really out of control playsite has Playsite Volunteers known as PVs... they have the ability to come into a room and shun the offenders.
But the best way to deal with those that are loud and abusive is to ignore them - if you don't feed them and they can't get a reaction out of you they tend to move on quickly.
