If this is just going to be an Interleague Tournament Ladder why would there be a need for a LadderOp? Everyone knows that a LadderOp can't handle tournament stuff. Not even the support mail.

And since it takes 20 games before you can vote, I don't see how someone could pass the vote here anyways.

Still seems kind of silly to have an Op on a Tournament Only ladder.
