- The player (most important) It's a given that ladders need every position on it filled to run smoothly, but more often than not I've found that the most important aspect of a ladder is overlooked and almost forgotten until it's too late, and even then some still think it's a ladder, it just has no names. I don't view this ladder like that. Considering Pogo's Gin has not been around that long, and hugs and kisses I got when I came into your room. This seems to be a place to play. I like to play several ladders of various games, so I'll pop in from time to time, more than likely on weekends. So until we meet again, take care all.
Hello Everyone, and thanks for the welcome I received today in the room. I've been on cases now for about 3 years on various ladders. My experience with ladders has been in the following positions:
- Tournament Director (Least Appreciated)
- Head Tournament Director (Most Feared)
- Admin (most unnoticed)
- Head Admin (winner of largest head ache)
