A number of players on various ladders have reported the loss of their Yahoo! ID's.

In all cases, the players clicked on a link that was provided through their yahoo messenger. The link was for "pictures" and resolved to a geocities site that required the user to login to their Yahoo! account.

This information was then recorded and archived. They were then directed to a site with pictures.

NEVER, EVER, EVER login to a page requiring a username and password from a link you receive. It doesn't matter how legit the web page looks.
