I know I don't come around here often, but I'm always willing to help. You all have a new LadderOp in training, but until then you've got me if there are any problems.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the support link to send in any suggestions, comments, or complaints. They will be taken seriously and you will get a response.
I see lots of you posting suggestions and complaints that Case's "doesn't care".
It's just the opposite. We've tried countless times, but we need you (the players) to help us help you.

Give us ideas, give us feedback, give us your PARTICIPATION in Ladder events! Most importantly, whenever someone tries to do something good for the Ladder, give it a try before criticizing it.

I hate seeing this Ladder go to waste. I know what great potential it has if everyone will just get along. I hope that you all take these things into consideration and at least try to make it a better place whether that means giving a suggestion or playing in a tournament.
