State of the Ladder Address :)

Good Evening all :)

I must say I am very excited to be a HeadOp for this Ladder. I hope that together, we can help make this ladder grow. First off, I must say that theres not all that many non-tourney games being played. This must change if this ladder is to survive. Next, Game-Specific Rules...What do you all want to do? Do you all want to wait a bit before getting some? We could also elect representatives and hold some sort of a "GSR Convention." It's up to you all. Those are the two main issues I wanted to address at this time. I will hopefully be doing this about once a month to keep all of you informed on how the Ladder is doing.
