As some of you know, I am a blues singer by trade; I also write some of my own songs and recently entered one of them in a prestigious Australian competition [The Dolphin Awards].
Yesterday I had a phone call to advise me that my song [Old Woman blues] has reached the finals!!!!!!!!
Wooo hoo...stunned, excited, apprehensive, delighted, etc etc. I am over the moon..lol.
The finals award night is 28th November - so please cross your fingers for me on that day.
