Bren - have you downloaded the software - you don't actually even have to go to the site (except to download installer - if you need it I could e-mail the installer to you) - it's just like PlayLink - no browser needed. You can have a VOGClub icon on desktop. If you already did all this, then I don't have a clue what's up - good luck!
