Eight years ago I quit after reaching 3 packs a day I am in realestate stress and smoke almost took my life.....I never picked up another smoke after the doctor told me I would die within two years....that cured me........drink plenty ow water the nicotine will flush out ofyou it takes time almost like being detoxed....enjoying life to its fullest is the only thing you should think about Good Luck I will give you all the support you need after the next few days.....Patricia
