Well... I thought I was pretty much ready for Christmas... Then, one finds out one's Inlaws are coming!!! LOL - it aint actually that bad. Kitchen is mostly done, living room and dining room have flooring, chair-rail and paint - I've always felt that furniture was highly over-rated :)
