I have done a bit of digging Dem, and your email has been making its way to the top. With emails like this it takes a bit of time, and the automated answer you received means your mail WAS read, and passed on. Each time mail is moved elsewhere, an automated message is sent.
Sooo think of it this way... it moved at least once, and with luck I will have an answer for you one way or the other very soon. In the meantime keep your fingers crossed!!
