Yeah, so I took a break from this for a while...

1st game- Dave H, 1665. He opens with BUOY, and what better way for me to start than to miss a pretty obvious bingo? My rack is AADINPR, no 7's, but PARANOID is an easy enough 8. Instead I take some overlap play for 20.
Third turn I take ALEURON, drawing EEEINT?. He opens a trip trip with an H, exactly where EIGHTEEN will not fit. I take TEENsIER elsewhere. He exchanges in the 8th turn... and follows that with a TInFULS bingo. He's within 50 again, but my 10th turn is DECADES for a lead of 256 to 366.
Ends 481-332.

2nd game, 1224 player.
I get pretty much everything useful... a simple SATINET bingo in 3rd turn, TARrIED in the 9th for a 117 point lead. I draw the other blank towards the end... already holding the last S... so I go fishing, dropping a surplus A (and creating a 2nd bingo lane in the process)... and bingoing out with AVERSION. 493-271 tile-driven cruise control win.

3rd game, erratic fisherman, 1377. He exchanges 3 times in this game. His is the first bingo, but it sets up cheap trip trip ATOmISES for 113 thru the first S. 9 points better would have been AzOTISES or AmITOSES.
He hooks AMA as GAMA, not realizing this further hooks as AGAMA, allowing me a nice dump of UMBRA to the TWS. I throw in 2 other bingos... whatever they were... and win 515-310.

4th game... Will, 1120. This player's style irritates me to no end. On the other hand, it's easy to run the score up against him. He sits on bingoey tiles with a miserliness that is truly impressive, only to finally bingo with the most yawn-inspiring pedestrian bingos in the English language. He gets one early with MOUNTER. Guaranteed if he gets a 5 letter verb and ER, it's going down. That's enough to keep him even after 5, when I play FOoTAGE and he answers with SnIDEST. After 7, it's 243-244 and he's commenting on how well he's keeping up with me.
He's just finishing this statement when I take my AADEGIL rack through a T for double double GLADIATE for 90. Game ends 509-360.

Oddly, GLADIATE is an unhookable adjective meaning "sword-shaped". I had the sense it was a verb.
