first game, easy player...
Naturally, when I play a 500 rated guy, this is obviously when I get my best racks...
I have OLEATES on my second turn, and draw ULOGUE?. The board isn't very bingo friendly, so I dump UG as LUG for 8 points... as a balancing play, and to supply a possible hook. To replace UG I draw QZ, and take an easy 32 point ZOO dump. The LUG hook now comes in handy for QUEENLy (the only 7 possible, altho for some reason I wondered about QUEsNEL*). I eventually draw the other blank, and an S with it, and play eSTATED... after 10, I'm up 155-388.
Ends up 510-251.

Second game, good player...
He draws mostly vowels, including 9 or 10 E's and the blanks. The bingos are SWIfTER for him, I reply with MISTRUST thru his S, and he bingos back with an 8 using the other blank. As he picks up his new tiles he remarks that he hopes to grab the X here. There are now 2 nice 50+ point X spots... but I drew it after MISTRUST. I can play EX for 52 right now... but his last bingo opens up the top middle triple TOO much. I hold EXMY and 3 consonants. I play MY for 33 on that open triple, mostly to eliminate that as a danger and to fish for another vowel (I draw 2 consonants tho). I can only play the EX on one of the X spots, but he doesn't know I have the X, nor can he block both spots (not knowing that at the moment, my one vowel only allows me to play on one of them). He uses a TWS that MISTRUST had opened, and I take the X play. I don't have the score sheet of that game handy, but I won by about 80-90 points.

Third game... the erratic fisherman, Richard C.
This is one of those games you simply write off... it is normal for Richard to exchange 4 or 5 times a game. He didn't exchange once in this one... testament to the golden tiles that were bestowed upon him. As for me... I often go more than 10 games without exchanging even once... and in this one, I exchanged twice.
His luck began with winning the draw to go first, and he plays one of 11 possible opening bingos with EARLIeR. I reply with JERRY for 39, he has convenient ZERK play for 37. I dump something or other, he plays BANShIES for 60. Yikes... only 3 turns in, and he's found both blanks, half the esses, and ZK to boot? I look at BANShIES, and seems weird. BANSHEES would obviously be ok, but BANSHIES as an alternate? The singular would either be banshy (definitely not!!!) or banshie (hmmm...maybe). This is the same guy that tries things like UNEDITS* on me. I challenge, it stays. I soon have a rack of QDDDNRL, and I exchange all but ND to what I think is a vowel-heavy bag. Obviously I draw a U in return. At turn ten, I've just drawn U-less Q again immediately after dumping that U, and exchange it for the second time (and again draw a U immediately in return). I'm down by a good 140 now.
He gets the rest of the S's.
I manage a dump of OAR that forms TORO as a dangerous TOROS hook to the bottom TWS. But I retained a T for the odd TOROT hook also (not knowing yet that I wouldn't get either of the remaining S's). The TORO hook wasn't used by either of us. Richard goofed around a bit, trying to leave bingo lanes open for his 3rd bingo (which didn't come) instead of piling the points on... and I very nearly came up with what I need for a natural 8 to close the gap. As it was, ended 437-308 for him. I salvaged a single J in that draw. He eventually got the Q I twice threw back, but naturally he had the necessary -AT for 30+ points.

4th game... medium level player... After ten turns, I was up 361 to 258 after bingoing with SEARING and mARQUIS. The MARQUISE hook was available to the TWS, but I turned it down in favor of a slightly better underlapping F play for 46. She'd actually drawn the first blank, but overdrew around the 7th turn, and I relieved her of that blank =)
She drew the other one, but couldn't bingo with it. Ended 477 to 313.
