Hey, better make sure you study for Reno...you're actually going to a tourney which I think (*sorry* :) ) have better players than you... as of now. Then again, I somehow did okay last year in that division...

: He goes first... his second turn is BROAdEN, 67, which offers interesting plays to either the top or bottom center TWS. Holding OACHIER rack, ACHIER/AN would hit the bottom one for 47, leaving O. I know that would scare the hell out of Vuggy, that O. On top trip, best I can see is CHIAO/AB/OR for 40 and a leave of ER. ER leave in place of O leave seemed worth more than 7 points, so took CHIAO.
