I am sorry you are having problems with the Zone. I know it must be frustrating :o(

I could suggest the following:

1. Try logging on again to the Zone using your nickname. If it sends off the invalide username/password message again, click on cancel on the little window that pops up with your nickname. It will take you to the Member Services Help window.

2. Once you are there, click on "sign up for one now" and type in a variation of your name... some possibilities I could think of are _mcvideo, mc_video, mcvideo_, _mcvideo_ or _mc_video_. I am sure no one has picked any of those.

3. When you have your new Zone name, please go back to the Case's Ladder: (Scrabble) page and on the left hand side, under Account, click on User Editors. (You are still mcvideo on that ladder).

4. Log in and click on Change user information. Type in the new name you got from the Zone, click on Submit changes and you're all set!
