I have played some games (version 1) at the zone and will post some results in the M-Player ladder, just to keep my name active.

Here is an idea to make up for the lack of a 30 second timer:

Ask your opponent to agree to an "equal time" rule. That is, the total play time clocks must be within say 2 minutes of each other for the loser to report the game. That will make sure that both players are playing at the same pace. With the Case ladder method of only the loser reporting, it seems that this will provide the proper incentive to both parties to play quickly, or at least equally.

Any comments?
