Here's the guy at Hasbro to e-mail or call, who alphadoc has been in contact with already. PLEASE, make your voices heard. Long or short, e-mail this guy! Apparently they are completely clueless that their games.com Scrabble is a complete piece of PUKE!! (and I'm being nice here) Let him know exactly how you feel.
