More pictures

I have 2 pictures that came to me via email, one from scrabble star, and one from a mysterious weightlifter. I need some help with both the pictures. Scrabble star, I emailed you, but I got the mail back-your ladder account is not up to date? Could you please email and tell me who is in the picture with you?
The weightlifetr's picture I have pasted below. Can anyone hazard a guess as to who this is? Obviously someone who lifts something heavier than the OSPD.
