As your ladder grows, so does your need for faster, better Support and Staff presence to help you deal with any issues that arise. Case's Ladder is dedicated to providing you with that support in many different ways.
As you may be aware, you can use the Support link in the left hand navigation menu to get quick answers to any concerns you may have. Another way we address our members needs is by having LadderOps available in the game room to provide more immediate assistance by someone that knows the game and the players.
We have recently noticed that your ladder does not have any LadderOps and we would like to assist you. If YOU would like to become a LadderOp please feel free to use the following link to send in your application. Be the first LadderOp to be voted in on your ladder!! We will provide you with the tools and information necessary to be an asset to the members of your ladder.
