: : : There are a lot of good players out there and also plenty of cheating liars. I'm relatively new but I can see that. The ladder is a lot of fun but I wouldn't go so far as to say it is "honorable", assuming by that you mean that everyone on it follows the rules. What I've done is give every player a chance and once they show that they aren't honest don't get into games with them.
: : : A good way to tell is if they want to play by the "old" - meaning no longer valid in ladder play - of reporting. Avoid cheaters like that at all cost

: : Just to let you know I have been on Risk ladder for over 2 years and I still perfer the so called old rules reported . That doesnt make me a cheater of any sort. I perfer old rules because it discourages suicedes in a games. Meaning in new rules if you get mad at a certain player or they feel that they cant win they just pick a player and let it rip. Why not? This way they only get 1 loss. In old rules if that was to happen they could have up too 5 losses.

: i agree with Telephoneman.
: When you play old rules and somone looses or is plaing suiside the other players who are still in the game get a report for playing better the those who didnt play that well. This way you have to play a real good game so you dont have to report to the lets say other 5 players.
