Mplayer and GameSpy

What is going to come of the mplayer risk ladder now that mplayer is no longer around, most of the old mplayer risk players are still reporting losses to the mplayer risk ladder and the ones that I have talked to wish to continue to do so. Also will the TD situation still be ok at GameSpy, I heard that cases ladder would not be allowed on GameSpy, but how could they stop us from hosting tourny's there, or doing our reports to cases?
