In the front of your linksys you should have a reset button need a pin to do that LOL!!
If I rember correctly if you kill the power to the lynksys for a extended peroid of time the router will all so reset to factory settings.

: Thx anyway bull . I got jaws to help me and we both could not get it to work. Itwas not his fault,It was mine.I tried to config this thing myself and he walked into a mess.I know he could do it if he had more time but he had to go:(
