Cases probs ?

Could someone tell me what is wrong with cases ? I see when displaying the Top50 that a lot of the ranks are missing e.g. it goes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6...WHY ? Also I noticed this odd thing this morning

GOIN YARD 55 was moved in rank for programming glitch - reset rank.

If this is a programming error then surely it can be fixed!?

I just pointing these issues out to you guys so maybe you can look into them!
